Product Description

The C1 Cartridge Seal is a high-performance single-acting mechanical cartridge seal engineered for demanding
industrial applications where reliability, ease of installation, and extended service life are essential. Designed
with a multi-spring arrangement positioned outside the process fluid, the C1 seal minimizes the risk of spring
clogging, corrosion, and product contamination, ensuring consistent sealing performance even in challenging
operating environments. Its pre-assembled cartridge design eliminates the need for complex installation
measurements, significantly reducing installation time and preventing assembly errors that can lead to
premature seal failure. The C1 seal is ideally suited for pumps, mixers, agitators, and rotating equipment
handling water, chemicals, hydrocarbons, solvents, and other industrial process fluids. Manufactured with
premium sealing face materials including Carbon, Silicon Carbide, and Tungsten Carbide, the seal provides
exceptional resistance to wear, abrasion, and thermal stress. Secondary sealing options such as FKM, NBR,
EPDM, and PTFE ensure compatibility with a wide range of media, while corrosion-resistant metal components
including SS304, SS316, SS316L, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy-C enhance durability in aggressive process conditions.
Available in shaft sizes from 20 mm to 100 mm, with operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 220°C and
pressure capabilities up to 30 kg/cm², the C1 Cartridge Seal delivers reliable leak prevention, reduced
maintenance requirements, and improved equipment uptime. Its robust construction and user-friendly cartridge
design make it an ideal sealing solution for industries seeking operational efficiency, lower lifecycle costs, and
