Product Description

The C2 Cartridge Seal is a robust and versatile single-acting mechanical cartridge seal designed to provide reliable
sealing performance in a wide range of industrial applications. Featuring a precision-engineered multi-spring
design, the C2 seal ensures uniform face loading, enhanced sealing stability, and consistent operation under
varying process conditions. Its pre-assembled cartridge construction eliminates the need for complex installation
settings, reducing maintenance time and minimizing the risk of installation errors that can lead to premature seal
failure. The C2 seal is ideally suited for pumps, mixers, agitators, reactors, and other rotating equipment handling
chemicals, water, slurries, solvents, and process fluids across multiple industries. Manufactured using premium
sealing face materials such as Carbon, Silicon Carbide, and Tungsten Carbide, the seal offers exceptional
resistance to wear, abrasion, and thermal shock, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Secondary sealing options including FKM, NBR, EPDM, and PTFE provide excellent chemical compatibility, while
corrosion-resistant metal components such as SS304, SS316, SS316L, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy-C enhance durability
in aggressive service conditions. Available in shaft sizes ranging from 20 mm to 100 mm, with operating
temperatures from -20°C to 200°C and pressure capabilities up to 20 kg/cm², the C2 Cartridge Seal delivers
dependable leak prevention, improved equipment protection, and reduced maintenance costs. Its compact
cartridge design simplifies installation while enhancing operational efficiency, making it an ideal sealing solution
